It is a plant species native to South Africa and southern Africa, and consists of the aerial parts of the plant. It is commonly used to create powerful herbal infusions and has various medicinal uses, such as treating coughs, colds, bronchitis, muscle cramps, aches and pains, and certain health conditions. However, it should be avoided during pregnancy. It is available in sizes of 500g or 1kg.
